Another one I did a while back and didn't upload.
I remember seeing his colored version online and losing sleep over it... Kev's my ace but i HATE HIM!! (go see why [link] )lol, but yeah, when he was at my spot for a few days I stole the pencils from him, bluelined it, printed them out and inked em a few days after he had left.
Im sure once you see his color job before I touched it(go beg him to upload it) you'll be all... yeah, whatever edel, like I was. Which is probably why I didnt bother uploading here. Again, alot cleaner than I usually go. REAL fun lines to ink. Lots of detail already there so I didnt feel inclinded to take as many liberties outside of the lineweights.

holy... ahaha. i didnt even realize i got a daily deviation thingthing. wow. neat lol. ALL PROPS GO TO KEVIN DALTON for supplying me with the lines. I hope we can collab on something again real soon.

Jazzdance: dalto lines- my ink by ~E-9 just has a certain thing about it. Maybe it is the simple act of the idea itself, a kind of no fuss party from a by-gone era. Or maybe because it makes me think of the Eddie Harris standard Freedom Jazz Dance and the upbeat version done by the late Mark Ledford, who would have likely approved such a party as the one conveyed here. Either way, the inkwork is sublime and the expressiveness of the figures and the layout is sweet. (Featured by `zeruch)
